Well I tried the Kuntanawa one this morning and it barely hurt but I'm not sure if that was my tolerance or possibly it is a weaker blend. Perhaps the others have cleared out blockages?
I guess I won't know for sure unless I try the Nukini again as this was strongest for me so far. I'm still waiting on the ones from Shamanicsnuff but I think they will be a couple of weeks yet.
Have you tried pure Yopo? I was put off by the high levels of bufo in it as I read it can cause hypertension and massive headaches.

Yopo is intense. I dont recommend trying it on your own - better with a shaman. Like a shorter more intense version of Ayahuasca.

Thanks, unfortunately I can't afford to go see a Shaman in the near future but I'd love to at some point.
I'm happy trying the different types of Rapé for now, the only thing concerning for me is the fact I don't smoke and I'm worried I'll end up addicted to the stuff.

Oh I thought I'd add I found a lady who can order it in the UK. She actually had a few types I hadn't seen on the other sites. I've ordered one with chaliponga and virola.
The website is called Cath Walker.
Also do you know of anyone using Rapé to treat anxiety. I have a couple of friends who have generalised anxiety disorder and wondered if it might be helpful.

I dont normally smoke either. Never had an interest in commercial cigs. I did start smoking mapacho in ceremonies, but only for ceremony. Never once had an urge to smoke ti for fun. After using rappe often for years I have never felt anything like addiction - even if I go a few weeks using it all the time it is easy for me to take a break after and not use it for a while.
I have heard of people getting addicted, but I think they mostly just start using it for fun as a way to get high and less as a medicine.... And they seem to be the minority in people I meet - I know a lot of people who use rappe often and most dont experience any addiction. If for some reason you did feel addicted it is at least the safest tobacco product out there - studies on heavy habitual users showed no adverse health affects. If I felt I was addicted I would take a break and stop using it though, but so far I have never felt any addiction even after years of using it.
Rappe can help with acute anxiety (like temporary relief). It would be possible for some people to heal anxiety with it, but it would take skill - most people using it on their own will get some relief but not a real cure unless they see a healer. For anxiety mushroom or San Pedro ceremonies might be a more helpful option.... But I think rappe can help with acute anxiety as it clears the mind and emotions. Especially if you combine rappe with meditation you might be able to get pretty helpful results and manage symptoms. Maybe with enough time the anxiety would go away.
By the way, I made a video on rappe here:

Fantastic, that's reassuring at least. My friend has tried shrooms but they really made her panic, it's like a physical reaction she can't control. It has to do with when she relaxes she panics. Most likely due to childhood abuse as she had a sadistic stepfather who would randomly come into her room as a kid and beat her for no reason so she could never relax and that's just the first of a list of very f up things her parents did to her. I think pedro might set it off too and as it lasts so long it could be bad. It's vile how they have messed her up so bad and got away with it. I think the medicine could help her if she could face it but I know she'd be terrified out of her mind and won't try it Perhaps Rapé with meditation and mindfulness could be helpful, she said she's not bothered about the pain she just can't handle going to lala land in her head.

Most times when people panic from mushrooms it is some repressed emotions coming up to be healed, but the person tries to keep repressing them and avoiding the uncomfortable feelings so they make it worse and freak out. The solution is embarrassing the repressed emotions and working through them. Some people need some good support to do that if they are too overwhelmed to do it on their own.
San Pedro would most likely be easier for her to face those things with - especially with a mild dose. Rappe could probably help her build a foundation to work through that stuff with as well. Nice thing about rappe - if she develops a relationship with it then in mushroom or San Pedro ceremony if she gets overwhelmed she can use the rappe to hep her work through that.

Thanks. I'll show her this post and let her decide. I think when the times right she will give it another go.
On a brighter note I received my delivery from Shamanicsnuff snuff, all 4 plus Shawadawa free! I'll report back once I've had time to try them. I'm working very late tonight but I may try one before bed as it's quiet and I can focus inwards without distraction.
