Here are a few of my favorites:
I especially love those two because they follow the patients experience rather then telling you about Ayahuasca.... It is so beautiful to see how different people transform with this medicine.
I also really love this video filmed at my friend Lesley's house where my wife and I were married and where we take groups on our Peru retreats:

Metamorphosis, is really nicely done. It gives deep descriptions of the ceremonies, explanation from a prominent doctor who researches ayahuasca, and follows the journeys of several participants over five medicine experiences.

Metamorphosis was filmed really well... But I don't personally like it a ton though it was entertaining. Blue Morpho is one of the most commercial Ayahuasca centers in the world and everyone in Iquitos hates the owner - he claims he has to walk everywhere with a gun for safety. He lives in a giant mansion (he has 2) which is all payed for with over-priced Ayahuasca retreats.
In this video I think he actually talks so much about demons and bad spirits that he is putting fear into people which in many ways can cause traumatic ceremonies. When I watch the ceremonies in the video they look extremely frightening to me - the singing is overly intense and aggressive.
Lots of people love this documentary though - I always see other people share it. Seems like a popular one. I might be overly critical, but that guy rubs me the wrong way....

Great documentary on Takiwasi - a rehab center combining traditional Ayahuasca treatment with western addiction treatment:
